Immersed-
twisted in sheets,
our bodies
came close.
Hand in hand,
heart to heart,
and our lips
slightly touching.

Fallen cloaks
evoking emotions,
feeding our desires,
both needing to feel
something, other than
nothing.

As morning approached,
I settled in your embrace
tangled with latent words.
My mind tottered in circles,
will things stay the same,
or have they already changed?

You just felt too right
to be any kind of wrong.
