MY TIME TO SHINE

Kind of my way of taking my power back. I'm having a hard time transitioning though.

God-I’m ready to depend on me

I'm ready for everyone to set me free

Free from the hold they have physically, mentally and emotionally

Opinions I care about, should come from no one other than me

You know what? I know- I'm smart... funny...beautiful...a joy to be with

And if there are any people who can’t see that....they're missing out on their gift

Now is the time for my spirit and soul to again be like that of a child

For those who may not understand that pureness-
let their lives continue to be mild

But Me!! I want my life to be spicy!
Full of love, laughter, happiness and cheers

To hell with the life that is often filled with so many tears

Hmph...
The train for happiness is now ready to board
