Stuck in the downward spiral of depression

**I would appreciate any feedback regarding grammar use and capitalization that is needed**

Stuck:

A downward spiral
I'm stuck in again,
but this time's worse.
I can't see the end.

What can I do?
What can I say,
to make myself
stop feeling this way?

To know that I'm missing,
it hurts so bad,
all the good times
iI know can be had.

I'm so tired and sad,
I just want to sleep.
Instead of being happy,
all I can do is weep.

Help me Goddess!
Please please please!
I'm begging for help,
while down on my knees
