At the Gathering Grounds

Sharing a cup of coffee
Here at the days end,
With a roomful of people,
And some special friends

List’ning to the music
The musicians play
Sharing moments with the crowd
Hearing in my own way

Working on my scrapbook
My way to relax,
Sharing what I am doing
Having fun at last,

Making the most of this
Very special time
Making special mem’ries
Which will always be mine.
