Dear God, Hear my Prayer.
Make me laugh, Or make me cry
Just stop torturing me, Cease, desist, let me be
For my patience wears

Dear God, Hear my Prayer.
Make me rich, Or make me poor
Just choose my path, Whether praise or wrath
For my worth is unclear

Dear God, Hear my Prayer.
Let me live, Or let me die
But quench my thirst, For my soul is cursed
And my hopes are Your fears

Dear God, Hear my Prayer,
Teach me faith, Or absolve my sin
Tend to my kin, Hearts of porcelain
And my eyes are swollen with tears

Dear God, Hear my Prayer
I was wrong, You were right
My day, once bright, Now just a dark night
And my journey's end is here.

Dear God, Let me in…
I want to sleep, Be in Your keep
Comforted and free, Please let it Be
My prayer, God, I hope you Hear.
