A Pi Poem -a slice of myself |
A Slice of Myself I am me. Myself. Tis I. C’est moi. I. I am a free spirit; a piece of driftwood, a monarch butterfly, a seed wind surfing. I’m a creature of my imagination, a creation of my dreams: a three-dimensional collage of all I’ve ever done, been, seen, tasted, wept, slept, or heard. Part illusion, part mirage, part shadow, and part substance blended with music and combined in dance. Illumined by language, quenched by connotations, I write myself Into being. Voilà. *** "You know Pi as the sixteenth letter of the Greek alphabet. But Pi is also used as poetry form.
