Very emotional one for me

I hold all my emotions in,
Until I'm alone.
In the shower I cry,
As my tears and the water combine,
I release.
In my bed I cry,
With my muffled cries and soaked pillow,
I release.
In my corner I cry,
With my knife in hand and blood dripping,
I release.
In my car I cry,
With my music blaring,
I release.
