A poem about someone's thoughts betraying them.

These harbored thoughts
make me feel hateful and unwanted.
They tell me they need me
yet they push me away.
These harbored thoughts
create turmoil in my mind
and pain in my heart.
These harbored thoughts
won't leave me alone
but drag me into their dismal reality.
I don't want this.
Just leave me with my thoughts.
