Frozen Memories

A longing to go back to when things were good.

Frozen in time.
Snap, flash, captured forever.
Never a sad face.
If only we could retrive,
those moments forever frozen in time.
A single photo holds the key,
to a never ending memory.
I look through my memories and cry.
If only I could go back,
to a happier time.
A time of happiness,
with no dispair.
I turn the page to a new memory.
I want to look away,
the memories are causing me pain.
I wish I could go back,
to the memories of yesterday.
