In this poem I try to explain just some of the feelings that are going through me.

Lost in my own world,
Trapped in my own reality,
Trying to tell myself it will all be ok

Enraged by my sorrow,
But saddened by my memories,
Trying to find the light in each day

Drowning in my own tears,
And trembling before once unknown fears,
Please God make this all go away

Reaching out for a kind hand,
But finding no aid,
All say this hurt will pass but I say nay
