A New Kind of Love

This is about my relationship with God and how I view it.

My life seems so fresh and new

I know now that God holds out to be true

I have experienced so much heart ache and pain

I use to think what have I to gain

But I am now sure of my faith and who I am

I know I am God's little lamb

He will protect me when my path goes astray

He will always go out of His way

There is a reason I am here

And God will show me why as I draw near

I get closer by reading His word

The words float right off the page like the sweet harmony of a small bird

I love God with all my heart

And I am sure we will never part
