Our Strife

Our strife (our strife).
Was created back in history,
by folks who thought less of others and deployed slavery.
They created a world from hate to grind out life in perpetuity.
Equality between us all will truly set us free.

Our strife (our strife).
We ought to make history,
by erasing all the differences between both you and me.
By erasing all the hate filled rules, we can thus be free.
Equality between us all shall truly save humanity.

We’ve all been played, had, labelled, ignored, used and abused.
Entire cultures have lost their lives to all this S*** and refuse.
Many of us go through life thinking “Truly what’s the use?”
We go through life, staring into deep space.
Walking upon the lives of others, ignorant of their true worth.

Our strife (our strife). Goes on day after bloody day, between caps, lines, taxes and debts, we’re all corporate slaves.
Without love for the gift of life, we’re nothing sad to say. Equality begins by forgiving the past and embracing equality.

Many of us go through life thinking “Truly what’s the use?”

Must be set aside in every way,
for humanity to have a tomorrow, we must deal with today.
The real treasure upon the earth is found in life each day.
Not the hoarding of material wealth, which has brought us all near, death, doom and decay.
