It is a spicy rice dish, made of of meat, seafood, and vegetables, as far, as I know.

Jambalaya


Some, claim that

They are enlightened


Others, say light

For them, is dim


Some, live life

Always frightened


That afterwards

Things will be grim


Passion, for Satan

For some, is heightened


Even, none of them

Before, saw him
