A Planet of Boom: Shadows Deceased

A war of questionable goals and justification has been completed to some end - a poem.

Earth's foul dirges
Of death and disturbance
Propagate a vengeful terroristic horror
In public and inner circles;
Reports range from spectacular and imminent
To minor and nonexistent threats
Which are seemingly inexorable
And fatal in proclivity
For these nuclear-seeking mullah regimes;
But the U.S., Israeli, and NATO backed forces
Further their preventative salvos
And series of intense negotiations
To end the possible eclipse
Of regional, American, and European stability...

The vast blue left shunning
And much more inviting to these actors'
Strident crackdowns on women's freedoms
And tragic punishments of gays, lesbians,
Transgender, and other progressive groups'
Courageous and hopeful,
Compassionate agendas -
Powerful and righteous countries
Attempting to thwart a potential
Hostage scenario through the seizing
Of ballistic, nuclear missile capabilities
Throughout the Middle East, Europe, and
America, and cutting off oil, natural gas,
Helium and other semiconductor components
From the world supplied in large quantities
By the Strait of Hormuz 30 mile wide
Passage through the Persian Gulf waterway -
And rescuing a nation of youthful agitators
Who are being decimated, tortured,
And slaughtered by their government
Whose looming nuclear attacks
Prompt their unjust battering,
Cruel starvation,
And economic bludgeoning -
Their able citizenry undergoing bleak
And terrible trauma
From warmongers masquerading as
As a righteous,
Responsible entity -
In a gripping tragedy
Of the most insufferable, raging,
Dystopian bad blood -
While positing blatant
Anti-American ruination and distrust
And rampant fatalities
Across the globe...

And a war of questionable goals
And quadrants may soon be concluded
To a somewhat less vexing
And more secure and appropriate end
For those countless deserving,
Denigrated souls.
