February 6, 2014 Hello Everyone, I am grateful for each and every moment of every day. Unfortunately in June of 2010 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. My diagnosis changed my life in many ways. Gratitude is very important. I have learned to appreciate things more. Many things in my life changed as well. In order to make adjustments I had to get closer to God. I am blogging my experiences to help others find the courage in difficult times. We all have challenges. express |

| March 22, 2014 Coffee Time Good Morning! I have always wondered why coffee so appealing? I am sure the aroma has a lot to do with it. Every morning I have a couple of cups of coffee. According to Mail Online in an article by Murray Carpenter, "Warning your daily coffee is a powerful drug and can even cause panic attacks." I believe that caffeine in indeed a powerful drug. Without my daily dose of it; I am very sluggish! I am going to make a effort to reduce my overall caffeine intake. express |

| Happy Birthday Brian! Today is my son Brian's birthday. I am very proud of my son. He is an officer in the United Sates Navy! I think birthdays are very special. The older I get the more they mean to me. I do not know when the custom of celebrating birthdays began. I would also like to know how they are celebrated different countries. I am so glad to be picking up my glasses on Monday! I am very nearsighted and I really need them. express |
