A little bit of spice to flavor the pot.
I've never really gone camping or otherwise gone out into the great outdoors. The only time that barely comes close is one time I went on a church Core trip. It wasn't even my regular church but it was the only one that fit with our schedule. They had some group stuff that was not overall bad. But it can be intimidating sometimes being part of a group who know each other when you don't know many yourself. It was a little teeny bit scary being away from home. Even it was just for a few days.

I especially can remember when this girl Jennifer dressed up as big foot to scare everybody. That was memorable. I'm glad to say I went and got a bit closer to my spirituality. There's not too much I can say for the outdoors other than I really don't see myself as ever being the outdoors type. But I applaud people who are. I just can't say that will ever be me.

With more things going digital, it is ridiculous how much we have been hooked on technology. When the net's down, hopefully TV still works. Reading, lots of that. It's sad how it's almost a compulsion to go online. Even if I just go on YouTube or surf the net. Maybe drag my sibling into an old fashioned board game. He got an adult coloring book, I could find a ''project, as he calls it and try one of those. A lot of it is really elaborate so I'd have to think on it. If I'm really desperate/depressed, I may even go broke with Monopoly.

The more technology dependent we are, the more concern rises. If someone wanted to weaken us, they could zap out our technology. Then it would seem like the middle ages.{At least to some.} Growing up with it, I'm not sure how most youth,{even adults} would be able to cope/handle this dilemma. It's a scary thought we could lose a good portion of the population that became so dependent on technology.

         Scary thought.{Or maybe sad.}

I'm probably won't be sponsoring anything that was in that link. Less there was some I missed in that video. I'm sure there's plenty of cool stuff available. It comes down to money-a lot of it I couldn't justify. Maybe I'll window shop, but that may be it. That hair brush scared me for whatever reason. It looks evil{is that just me that thinks so?} Other stuff on display just didn't thrill me like I thought it might. Maybe I missed out on the cool stuff. But they won't get a winning endorsement from me. Interesting stuff never the less.

Our last day in Australia brings us to Bridge Lowe Lavender farm. So much purple as far as the eye can see. I hope there’s post cards so my mom can appreciate the view too. It’s nice to end the trip with something beautiful. I for one, am going to be one of those that returns home. Auzzie was a blast! But I do miss being away from home. So thanks to all the other campers, for making this such an enjoyable experience. While I thought of going to the party, I felt better with celebrating to the New Year with the family back home. I hope to see you guys again soon!
Happy New Year!

https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=cable+hang+gliding-how+to+land&view=detail&...

Important things to know: how to land a hang glider. In case you ever wondered. Very good to know since that's what we'll be taking part in today. Good luck to everyone out there. Lots of safe landings! It looks like a bird {or even moth like, maybe just me}. It's a bit intimidating. I'd feel better if I didn't have to go it alone. At least I wouldn't be alone in crashing to my doom then. Hoping for the best, here I go...

Wow, what a rush! I didn't quite get the landing right, but I'm still here to talk about it. Fivesixer looked at what we'd be doing and turned around and sat it out. I think he got some great pics of us that did go up there. Princess Megan Rose 22 Years took to it like a natural. There may even have been a flock of birds following her glider has it soared through the sky. It was actually quite impressive. Apondia was behind me to go nest. I'm not sure if she went through with it or not. I couldn't find Lyn. I think she was keeping Fivesixer company on the ground. She did look relieved when everyone had gone and was grounded once more. It was nice to sit down and eat after the excitement.

Cadbury makes me think of he Cadbury eggs. I like the chocolate ones, they had ones with different filling too. the orange one is a personal favorite of mine. There'd e that one fruit filled one you mistook for something you actually liked. Take a bite-EW! Sometimes it's obvious what's what, sometimes not. I can some up this trip- chocolate overload. Break out the wheel barrow, I can't move. I may be out of commission a while. Yes it was worth it!

Tasmania-home of the Tasmanian devil. Probably also the inspiration of Taz on looney tunes a s well.

A further look into what Tasmania has to offer.

A lot of culture, and festivities to appreciate and take part in. Looks like fun.

Some specialties of Tasmania. Just to get a feel for the food that may come up.

I'm sure it will be a fun and exciting experience.

Not much of a caroler myself. My voice goes after a bit. I did do choir back in middle school. I enjoyed it, I can appreciate what the singers go through to entertain us. It was a really nice night out. So many people turned up. They fed us well too. That was very much appreciated. The song selection was real good. At some point I even got to play a tambourine. It was a great time overall.

Didn't really take part in the casino much. Still sleeping off yesterday. May have had a bit more than I could handle. After I managed to rest up more, I went over to the market. There were so many people and different places to go visit. It was all a bit overwhelming. It was a nice outing, I got some exercise in the bargain.

I nice change of pace. At first I thought e were mountain climbing. {Unless I'm off track here.} This looked fun. I may just go and check it out. I saw something about wicket I think. I'm not real sporty. I may just take it easy and take things slow. It seems like a nice way to spend the day. Hope everyone's taking it easy today.

Today we visit Dandenong Ranges Point. It looks pretty cool to look around and take in the sights. They ''Puffing Billy'' a railway through the mountain ranges of that park. That sounds fun. Sherbrooke Falls was really breath taking and impressive. The Olinda Falls is much smaller, but still a nice view. I may hit up the William Ricketts Sanctuary. It's really pretty and has some activities to do there as well. The Warratina Lavender Farm was beautiful as well. It was so lovely to see up close and in person. So much lavender to take in. They even had ''Cuckoo Restaurant''. It seemed more like something I could actually afford. It had a real nice atmosphere and I had an overall good time.

Coincidentally, Japan also has it's own ''1000 steps.''

The park has a ''1000 steps'' walk through the park. It sounds like a lot of walking will be going on. I'm sure the scenery will be worth the exercise.

Australia has much to offer. It's hard what to decide on. Here's some ideas what to do when you're in Australia. It even has a few w/ Melbourne.

https://www.audleytravel.com/us/australia/things-to-do

So much to do and as always, so little time to do it. Well, it seems I'm off to go visit penguins, koalas during a wildlife tour in Melbourne. They also have a ship wreck venture or something like it available a s well. They also had something about Melbourne at night. That sounded neat I may check it out. So yeah, I'll be out for a while exploring. I'll try to come back before the cows come home. Or at least before we have to be moving on again.

In real time, I've got family on dad's side coming down Friday, we hope. It's also my luck that I happen to be feeling that flu season you have to get shots for. I concurrently have a cold {that so far is a major drag}! On top of that, that lovely time of the month seems to be making its way upon me as well. We do have soup. Mom tried to get me to have some tea & honey. {I learned long ago, I don't take my medicine willingly or quietly, or quickly for that matter.} Hope everyone's holiday is a good one and remember to stay warm {or inside as the case may be} and stay hydrated.

We went to Luna Park today, another theme park in Auzzie. I of course had to try some of the rides. I did go on a kiddie ride or two. If unsure, go with safe. There was a spider ride there. I had a tarantula once, so I decided, why not? It was fun and silly, and probably more for young kids than young adults. But in the end, it's more or less the same. They also had the ''Arabian Merry''. Like aversion of the carousel, who doesn't like that? I tend to go at least once if I can find a carousel.

I saw the ''Sky Rider''{?} and thought ''I'll adventured out for that. But it was most amusing seeing Fivesixer being taken along for the ride. Maybe brother nature's idea.

I did go on the ''great scenic coaster''. It had a great view, and really lived up to it's name. My feet were happy to be grounded afterwards.

''Enterprise'' is probably going to be a fav. It just looks awesome. It draws attention and is a real crowd pleaser I noticed. It lived up to all the hype I'm happy to report.

''Pharoh's Curse'' was also gifted with my prescence. It seemed for a bit I might lose my stomach contents at one time. {Luckily mine was on empty. Unlike some unlucky soul.} Otherwise, I was happy to check it out and cross it off my list.

Last, but not least, was the ''Ghost Train''. It was really enjoyable. Up until a certain monkey freaked and jumped onto me from behind. I don't know if anything came out or where a certain handler was at the time. There may be some words that need saying later.

Overall, I had a great time. Can't wait for Melbourne tomorrow.
