A little bit of spice to flavor the pot.
I've never really gone camping or otherwise gone out into the great outdoors. The only time that barely comes close is one time I went on a church Core trip. It wasn't even my regular church but it was the only one that fit with our schedule. They had some group stuff that was not overall bad. But it can be intimidating sometimes being part of a group who know each other when you don't know many yourself. It was a little teeny bit scary being away from home. Even it was just for a few days.

I especially can remember when this girl Jennifer dressed up as big foot to scare everybody. That was memorable. I'm glad to say I went and got a bit closer to my spirituality. There's not too much I can say for the outdoors other than I really don't see myself as ever being the outdoors type. But I applaud people who are. I just can't say that will ever be me.

Maybe the best day yet. I am so up for the slides and getting wet and having fun. I think Lyn even mentioned being willing to try out one or two of the attractions out with me. Providing I went first and if it wasn't too insane she'd thoughtfully consider it. {As well as politely bowing out if it was too much for her.} It just sounds like a place where my inner child can run ramp it. They may have to drag me out of here. After behaving like a wild child '' for an excessively long time'' I'm told {youthful energy, people} I passed out in one of the shady spots. Not too long after some whiner pitched a fit since his floatie was right under me. I guess I collapsed on it. {What is it about kids and floaties around me that doesn't work?} Anyways, it was retrieved before the whiner could get any louder and his mother could further complain about I couldn't care less. I think I ended up being carried out b/c of how much running amuck I got up to there. I'm also told a good portion of my antics made it online. When I eventually revive I shall look into it so I can appropriately extend my wrath. But for now, dreamland awaits.

I like the Motor Inn we'll be staying in today. It seems a nice, neat, place to stay while we're in the area. Something to check out during our time here- the Nyinkka Nyunyu Art and cultural center. Taking a little break from the natural wonders and take a look at the local art and cultural of the area. A nice turn of events.

Was I the only one or did the Devil's Marbles look sort of like Tennet Park? Some interesting places to check out and take in the area. Some nice scenery to take advantage of.

Today we find ourselves visiting Lakewood park as well as Mataranka nat. park. I don't know what it is about the falls that makes me want to check them out. I had to check out the park's own Mataranka Falls and they were absolutely stunning. I spent a good amount of time taking it in and resting a bit by the falls.

They also boast of a thermal pool in the park. It was a bit crowded since it's a popular spot. It was really warm and I couldn't stay too long since it was fairly crowded. Crowds + heated pool= time to leave. But t was neat seeing an actual, natural thermal pool.

Bitter Springs is also another attraction the park boasts of. I'm not sure on the bitter part. But it was definitely refreshing after the thermal pool. And not crowded, so a huge plus there. It was a bit cooler than I'd prefer but I took this opportunity all the same. I did steal some kid's floatie at one point. I know this b/c the kid started a fuss and some woman gave me the eye. Eventually the kid got his floatie back before too much of a scene could be made.

All in all, I had a great time there.

The place we're staying at today has some interesting points that may be worth checking out as well if there's still time.

They had a model train as well as a library. I might well still be there. They had a Water Garden I thought may be worth looking at sometime. As well as it's own nature park too.

So many natural wonders to appreciate, so little time to do it in.

Litchfield just sounds like an interesting place to visit. I saw that they have a cafĂ© at the Wagni center and think it's worth taking a look at. I'd like to check out the Wagni falls as well as the Florence falls. It sounds like it would be a nice way to start off today. Looking at beautiful nature scenes lifts my spirits. I also saw something about a Tabletop walk as well. I don't know if I want to do an excess of walking today. but a little exercise won't hurt any. Can't wait to see what Litchfield has to offer.:)

In case anyone wants to see what Litchfield offers here's some ideas:

Also a neat picture of one of the falls the park boasts of.

Well it seems like we're off exploring the wonders of nature in Auzzie once again. It's neat seeing all the different national parks and what they offer. It's nice we're seeing so much of Australia. Hopefully we're making some great memories to look back on. Alas, my motion sickness probably means I'll miss some of the trip on the way there. All this fresh air should really be good for us. Not tp mention the exercise involved in all the sightseeing we've been doing. I'm sure today will be another great sight seeing, fun filled day. See you guys out there! :)

Hopefully our trip won't be nearly so exciting. Since we're in Auzzie now, it seemed somehow fitting. This guy had good reason to go after one. He's a big guy, that roo wouldn't have been worried about me. Never mind the claws, if it decided to use its feet- may have been a different story. A little something to chew on as we go on our tour of what this country has to offer. One of them being roos. Let's hope they're not feeling up to much. Either way, it's nice to explore and see what Auzzie has to offer.

So I figure if Panda comes across as a dog that will provide somewhat easier process to get through.

https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=images&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8...

New plan say Panda Paws is one of those ''panda dogs''. This is some chow pups that look like pandas. Apparently it's something of a trend to have dogs that resemble pandas. We could try to get them in as such a dog and that would alleviate at least some of the burden right? Anything to help out a fellow traveler. This may be workable given how this panda dog fad. It might work.

I heard that today's a museum day. There's got to be some neat things that Australia has to offer. Bound to be a nice excursion.

Some of the lovely exterior to appreciate while checking out what the Beaumont house collection has to offer.

There are some real nice aspects of the Beaumont house collection that really stand out. I think it will be a really nice way to start off the day.

Something to take with you to the outback-don't fight kangaroos! My uncle tried to when he was stationed out there a while ago and... he lost. Not too surprising but it sounds funny to think about. I'm sure it hurt at the time but hey I wasn't the one to try and fight a marsupial either. Sometimes lessons are learned the hard way as he found out. I now pass on this nugget of wisdom to you all.

I'm sure this will be a very informative and fun outing for all. When am I ever going to get a chance to ever again? I'm going to make the most of it. See you all again real soon!

I went on the seaplane yesterday so I may take to just being a tourist. I thought I'd check out Kings Park and Botanic Gardens. I wouldn't mind taking in some local beauty. The Burswood Park has an interesting swan fountain. I wouldn't mind checking it out. Perth has some interesting sights at night. The Perth Bell Tower looks like a fun way to end the night. It's a lovely way to spend our second day here.

Australia mate! My cousin's been there for a semester before. My parents hope to go there one day as well. The closest I've ever come anywhere close to Australia is maybe Out Back. This is so cool. Something to look forward to as I frantically try and stay afloat for finals next week. This is really a life saver for me just now you guys.

I could sure use I little TLC this month. After last month especially, I think I've earned it. A nice way to start things off. Hoping for a great time this month. I checked the seaplane venture. It looked really cool. I'm sure it would be an awesome experience. The waters looked so beautiful too. I saw a shark somewhere, I don't know if I'm that brave. So long as nothing too crazy goes on, I'm sure I'll enjoy myself. Happy to take part this month. Can't wait to see who'll be joining us.
