Questions about Plugs

*Dollar* 135 GPs were sent to St. Patrickraken with this post.
How do you make a plug? I feel like such a Newb for having to ask but I cannot seem to find any procedure on how to.

I mainly wonder about what goes into the "Enter your plug below" box. Is there formatting needed?

I'm going on the assumption that the Item Id is the static item you want to plug?
