Yes, the item ID is that of the item you want to plug. Only the 7 digits -- no #, spaces, or other characters, no WritingML codes.

In the other/larger textbox you put the text-only comment that you want to make about the item. Do not include any WritingML in this box -- no formatting. The page provides the standard formatting on its own.
