Donate prizes for the Advent Calendar Raffle

The Advent Calendar Raffle Prize Donation Form!




To raise funds for the "Fantasy and Science Fiction Society"  and other groups, I am running an Advent Calendar Raffle. For this I need a least 25 prizes to put behind 25 Advent Calendar windows.

But these prizes will be a surprise each day, so I can't have you donating prizes in a public forum, so if you wish to donate a prize please do so via this survey form.

Prizes don't have to be really expensive (though if you do want to donate a massive prize, you are ore than welcome to). You could donate a custom signature, a review package, a physical item from the WdC store, or anything you can think of.

Each day of December I will roll the random dice and the lucky ticket holder will win that day's prize. I will let you know when your prize has been won so you can start working on fulfilling it. I understand this time of year is busy for everyone, so I don't expect you to fulfil instantly, but please only donate prizes you think you can fulfil within a couple of months at a maximum.

If I get more than 25 prize donations, then there will be doubled up prizes on some days. If there are fewer than 25 prizes then I will split prizes up. You can donate prizes whilst the raffle is in progress, I'll use it to fill up a later day's prize.

Everyone who donates a prize will be entered into a separate draw to win an FSFS Merit Badge (if I get 25 or more prize donations then I will draw this 3 times).
