A poll about reviewing style preferences, for reviewers and recipients of reviews.


Although I have only been a member on this wonderful site for a minimal amount of time compared to other users, I have come across various types of reviewing styles. Reviews on this site can range from detailed templates to no headings whatsoever.

When I first started reviewing, I created a template for myself based off of guidelines provided by the Paper Dolls Gang. This proved very useful in helping me to organize my thoughts.

In my reading and reviewing since then, however, I have realized that not every story I read can be neatly categorized into my review headings.

My question to all of you is: what style of reviewing do you prefer?
I am looking for feedback from reviewers as well as the recipients of reviews.
