Personification of the seasons and nature.
Summer fades.
The Light grows weary,
needing more time to
regain its firey
effervescence.

Sorrow's winds cry
for the weakening light
sending amber leaves
adrift.

Ominous clouds
drift in stealing
lights position on
high.

The battle has
begun again.

Sorrow’s winds
shriek in disbelief.
Light wins small victories
in sudden violent flashes.

The bloody Countess,
that green mother,
watches her children,
as nature takes its course.
