a poem honoring the Blessed Virgin Mother.
O Maiden Mother of
Christ and His Christians,
Enthroned beside
The High King's throne.
Twelve stars about
Your head encircling
Cannot out-shine
The faith you’ve shown.

Our Gentle Mother,
Our Guide in Blue,
Luring souls
To the realm Above.
You patiently strive
To saint us sinners,
And remind the fighters
To conquer with Love.

Sinless Mary,
The Obedient Handmaid,
Brought Son of God
To the sons of men,
Whose “Let it be done”
Blew away Satan,
Call Blessed by all
Ever since then.

Help of Christians,
You watch from Heaven
Interceding
For those in your care.
Having well lived
This exile we’re living
Your example uplifts
All those who despair.
