Mindfulness is beauty anywhere
I sit with my eyes closed for a brief moment
I hear the fan in the background
The sweet sound of Mozart playing in the fore ground
Thoughts dancing through my head
A muffle of a radio downstairs
I breathe in and breathe out
My world is calm
I am in the now
The world has stopped
Beauty has prevailed
