The monarch of night
Shines on the earth until it's
Overthrown by day



The song of lightning
Roars through perpetual dark
Then gives way to rain



Remember the past
For the future is only
Its mirror-image



The warm glow of Ra
Passes through the galaxy
And gives life to Earth



The bee's lance pierces
The skin hoping that it will
Help protect the hive



The river flows on
Digging and carving through rock
Forming a canyon
