A brief description of WDC challenges.

I have been a member of WDC for two months now, and I am amazed at how much I have learned. I joined because I was afraid that I would lose motivation over the summer months.

Since becoming a member I have joined some groups, the Newbies Academy Group, the Newbies Academy Mentees Group, the Group I Write June-July-August and the Monthly Reading Challenge.

This little article I am writing now is for The Challenge. There are thirty challenges, one for each day of June. I must say Carmela has me hopping! The challenges are designed to allow you to learn while having fun. Besides writing and reviewing I have visited forums, blogs and entered contests I wouldn’t have discovered by myself.

The Newbies Academy Group and the Newbies Academy Mentees Group are amazing. I have learned so much from these two groups.

I Write June-July-August will keep me writing all summer. I write one story, enter it in a contest and review one story a week.

The Monthly Reading Challenge is more of a challenge than I thought it would be! I have two more chapters in the book I’m reading now and three more books to read before the end of the month. Will I make the deadline?

Thank you WDC for making this a very interesting summer.
