iambic attempt - style Decuain

Dracula

Dracula greedily slurps
His innocent young lass grows weary.
He gulped so fast, he burps
Night time feeding should be quite dreary.
However, Dracula’s mood is quite cheery.
Now sated, he tosses her aside.
Doing this so often, he should be bleary.
Immortality keeps him wickedly preoccupied
But there is always the risk of stirps,
trying to take over his turps.

Thank goodness for Webster's Rhyming Dictionary, because the last two aa's were a son of a gun. It was harder for me to grasp the iambic pentameter. I had to read that several times and then Vic showed me what I was doing wrong. So this is my very first iambic pentameter attempt. If I don't have it right, will someone be kind enough to tell me so.
