Brrrr! Brrrr!

It's the winter and holiday season here at WDC and we're gearing up for lots of seasonal fun! Back for the first time in ten years "Season Tickets is back up and running with some really great prizes. Besides promoting this site activity, I'd like you to take a look at what item type was used for this raffle.

cNote items are a great way for members to send postcards to friend's emails, but also a way to bring in a few gift points to help with your membership or fund a raffle. When creating your cNote item, remember that WDC charges 250 gift points to process the card, so you have to add your price on top of that. If you 'purge' your cNote collection, you'll be able to see all cNotes sent after the purge. So if you're starting a new raffle, you can scroll to the bottom of the Log and "Raw Copy/Paste Log (Last 200):" or "Exportable Tab Delimited Log (Full):". It's something to explore if you have raffles often.

Additionally, members can purchase a ticket in the raffle for a friend and send it anonymously by clicking "Send as Anonymous" after filling in the recipient field at the bottom. That's a handy feature for all you Secret Santas out there! cNotes are one of the underused items in our site, in my opinion. For the equivalent of a cent or two, you can really brighten someone's day and let them know you care.

So spread a little love around our community and let people know you appreciate them. We're not just a username, we're people with dreams, with ideas, and a lot of dedication. Happy Holidays!

This month's question: What kind of cNotes do you like to send? Send in your answer below! *Down* Editors love feedback!
