Ah the crop, how well it grows!
Oh, dancing as the wind blows
And each grain of wheat
Soon shall be a treat
In recipes mother knows.

See the bountiful harvest
Nature at her very best
The farmer's hard toil
Rich gifts from the soil
Gobbled up with lots of zest!

In harmony with the earth
From the moment of one's birth
Meeting everybody's need
It's only when there is greed
We face shortage or a dearth.
