week seven Bread First Processed Food


Bread, thee first processed food

Week # 7


So many humans
Are cut off from nature
Eating processed foods.

Thinking they are
eating healthy choices.

When they are consuming
junk food poison
designed to taste good.

It all started
with simple bread.
the first processed food.
white bread was the first “junk food”.

Wheat in its natural form
is not edible.
baked into bread
irresistible.

Made into beer,
or whiskey even better.
