Lost

Gosh! I had them just a minute ago,
where did I put them down?
It's sure to be some place safe
I'll have to look around.

Of course it's hard to see where I've put them,
since it's them I use to see.
I've lost my blooming glasses,
Wherever can they be?

I'll have to ask the Missus,
and she'll spot them in a trice.
"They're on your forehead silly.
Not the first time either is it?"
