I long for Heaven's portal
Free from pain and strife
Away from all things mortal
Awaiting eternal life

Kneeling before Your glory
Forever giving praise
Reveling in the story
Swelling anthems raise

When all is said and done
Heaven's gates shall open
Into paradise I will come
into the promises spoken
