One single tear

This one single tear
Is a sign of fear.

A fear deep inside,
I always lied.

Nothing is wrong
Reoccurring lyrics to my song.

The love that was, is no longer here.
All there is, is this one single tear.

I get so sad
It is hard to act glad.

Remembering the love.
Watching the birds above.

The clouds rolling by,
I never needed to cry.

Now I lie here
With this one single tear,
Filled with fear...

I cry!
