Meet Mrs. Kelly
I had my friend take a picture of me on set in my costume for the play. I was Mrs. Kelly, an elderly neighbor who came to a birthday party with a casserole. I posted this photo on Facebook with the caption: 'Don't let Norma loose in a thrift store.' Everything I'm wearing and holding came from a thrift store. I had so much fun with this. I threw caution to the wind, so to say. I had to scream coming off stage at one point. And I guess I did that pretty well, since a cast mate stood nearby with fingers in her ears.

But the best thing was the comment from my daughter when she saw this picture. She said it was the picture of a really cool mom. Ha........ Score one for a repressed hippie.
