I’m not sure if I’m going to participate in the WDC contest for this month. I might still do it. But as of right now I’m not going to be doing it. The reason why is that it’s an essay contest this month. If it would have been a Poetry contest like it often is for April, I would have tried to do it. but I haven’t done an essay in about forty to forty-five years. I don’t even know if I can do one anymore. That’s another reason why I probably won’t be a contestant for this month’s WDC contest.

I still don’t know about the two other contests that I wrote a Short Story for last month. It doesn’t look like either one is going to be running a contest this month. I’m not sure about one of them. But the other one has done this before when they waited until the middle of the month with only two weeks to write a story to post it. I still don’t know the reason why that one.

Not all is lost when it comes to my writing, though. it is that time of the year again for the Musicology Anthology Challenge. I’m participating in that challenge again this year. I did it a couple of years ago with my KISS challenge. That didn’t go too well. This year I’m doing The Eagles. I have thirty-two short stories to write in the next three months. And I think that I can do it this year.

No, I haven’t gotten too far on this challenge yet. I just created my Book Item last night before I went to sleep. But I haven’t created any short stories yet. I’m working on the first one, though. I haven’t finished “Take It Easy” yet. But I have started working on it. And I’m going to continue to work on it after I get finished writing and posting this blog entry.

At least that is what I’m planning on doing. I don’t know if I will finish before I go to sleep tonight. But I hope that I do. If I can finish it tonight, I also hope that I can post it before I go to sleep. I don’t think that I will be able to post it tonight if I do get it written. but if I don’t I should be able to do it tomorrow.

Unfortunately, I have something that I must do tomorrow. So, I may not be able to do too much writing on “Take It Easy” or “Witchy Woman.” But I hope that I am wrong about that too. I doubt that I will get “Witchy Woman” done tomorrow. But I should be able to get it started. I’m just not sure how much of it that I will get written on it.
