These Are My JOTtings, Part #2

What a Week!

The week is done, and what a week!
Now, Driver's Ed is through,
but just the part of classroom-speak,
there's driving, yet to do.

And when that's done the test will win
a Driver's license new,
for soon she'll take it for a spin
with experience left to do.

The lawn is mowed through strength and sweat
for now, I need some rest.
The sun is aye a "too hot" threat,
but finished I am blest.

I think ahead to what comes next,
and Papa's Driver's Ed.
Experience means, "Not perplexed,"
removing all the dread.

Next week, we practice parallel parking,
keeping safety first,
go slow to be within the marking,
caution daily versed.
