Some Good News and
Some Very Bad News

The good news is that I finished writing my second Short Story for this month. True, I haven’t created or posted it yet. But I have done a Grammarly check on it. I was going to do that today. At least I was going to create it. But that’s part of my bad news. I haven’t gotten the chance to do that yet. In fact, I haven’t anything written today since before I didn’t go to sleep last night.

That’s right. Unfortunately, I haven’t gotten anything written today. Except for what little I did before I tried to go to sleep last night and this blog entry for today. And I don’t really feel like doing this blog. But I don’t want to miss another day of blogging. I have done a very good job at not missing any on both of my blogs. Some Good News and Some Very Bad News. And I don’t want it to stop. Which it could have today.

What is the normal reason why I don’t get any writing done on my second day off from work? There are two of them. One is what my brother and I needed to do today. And the second one is the lack of sleep. I have already written above that it’s the lack of sleep. That’s the main reason I didn’t do it. But what my brother and I did today was also a reason why I didn’t get any writing done until now.

My brother and I did have a lot that needed to be done today. A lot more than I thought that we did. As a result, we didn’t get done with it until toward the end of the afternoon. Normally, that would have been okay. I still would have gotten a little bit of writing done today. Even if it was only a second or two on it. But that didn’t happen either that’s to my lack of sleep from last night.

Usually, it’s Monday morning that I don’t get too much sleep. It has happened on a Tuesday a few times, though. And unfortunately, this was one of those weeks. The worse part about it is that once again, I don’t know why I didn’t do it. I tried to get some sleep last night. And I did a little bit. But it was only a few hours. I have been trying to catch up on it every chance that I have gotten today.

As a result, I haven’t continued working on my third Short Story for this month. Will I do it after I finish writing this blog entry? I want to. And I need to do it. But I probably won’t. Once again, it’s because of a lack of sleep. True, I have caught up on it some. But I haven’t quite done it. So, I will most likely be going to sleep soon after I finish writing this blog entry.
