A Great Day for Writing

At least I think that it has been a great day for me when it comes to my writing. After all, not only did I get my WDC Short Story done for this month, but I also got it checked out with Grammarly and created. I did that all today. that’s why I think that it has been so great today.

With five parts left to write and about nine hundred words for those five sections, I didn’t know if I was going to be able to do them. But I did. And I did them with enough time to check it before I created it. How did I do that? That is a very good question. One I’m not sure that I can answer. Then again, maybe I can.

It all started with a good night’s sleep. I didn’t make up for Monday. But combined I got about six hours of sleep per day. And that’s pretty good. Not as good as seven or eight. But it’s still really good. Especially, if I can get seven or eight tonight. Don’t know if I can do that or not. But I should be able to get at least six of them. Maybe even seven. Probably not eight, though.

Something else that may have helped with me doing so much with my writing today. That I had time to do it. Normally, I have a lot of things that need to be done today. But that isn’t true for today. My brother and I did have a few things that needed to be done. But it didn’t take us that long to do them. As a result, I had plenty of time today to get this Short Story finished and created.

Unfortunately, it hasn’t been all good news. True, I got this Short Story completed. But I still have one more left to do this month. I still might be able to continue on it after I get finished with this blog entry and posting it. But I don’t think that I will. Not because of a lack of sleep or something that needs to be done, but because the new fall season started yesterday. And I have some keeping up to do.

True, I can watch tv and write at the same time. But it’s best if I’m not watching tv or movies when I do it. especially, when it comes to my short stories. It’s a lot easier to do it with my scriptwriting. Like when I do it at work. But it’s not as easy with my short stories.
