Only One This Month After All
Only One This Month After All

It’s starting to look like the only way that I’m going to get two short stories written this month is if I work on them at work. And I don’t really want to do that. Then again, it may work in my favor. why am I writing that? It’s because there is a major change at working supposedly starting today. And as far as I know, it did start today. if it did or if it’s another way to get rid of me one way or another, I may not have too much time to work on my Water Wars scriptwriting project anyway.

Yes, I know that I’m not supposed to write about my scriptwriting project in this blog. and I’m not really doing that anyway. But they may be related to whether I get one Short Story written this month or two of them. The only possible way for me to get two of them written this month is if I work on them at work. I don’t really want to work on my writing at work. But it’s starting to look like I’m going to need to do it. Especially, if I want to get two of them written.

Why will I need to do this? It’s because of what happened to me today during my first day off from work. I expected that my brother and I needed to do a little bit that needed to be done today. And we did do them. But it took a lot longer than I hoped that it was going to take. As a result, I haven’t gotten almost any writing done on my WDC Short Story contest for this month. I did get a little bit written on it. But not very much of it. Still have a long way to go before I finish it.

As far as I know, we don’t need to do anything tomorrow during my second day off from work. I know that he has one or two things that need doing. But I’m a part of that. So, what does that mean for my writing? If that’s true, then I may have the time to finish this Short Story. I’m not going to count on that until it happens, though. I have thought this way a lot of times before now. Only to find out that we did have things that needed to be done that day.

Even if I do manage to get my WDC Short Story written for this month tomorrow, that doesn’t mean that I’m not out of the woods yet when it comes to whether I work on one or both of my short stories at work starting this Wednesday. if I don’t get my WDC Short Story written tomorrow, I won’t have any choice but to work on it at work. but if I do get it written tomorrow, then I have another decision to make.
Should I try to write my second Short Story at work, or should I leave it until next Monday and Tuesday?

I will probably work on it at work. After all, next Tuesday is the end of this month. If I want to enter both of these contests, then I will need to work on at least one of these short stories at work. There is still a very good chance that I won’t get them both written for the contests this month. But if I don’t try, then I most definitely won’t get them both written. I may be lucky if I get the first one done.
