Finished Another Short Story

That’s right, I finished my second Short Story for this month. At first, I didn’t think that I would be able to get it done before I started writing this blog entry for today. after all, I didn’t get to it until the middle of the afternoon. And there were a few problems after I got home from doing what my brother and I had to do today. But once I started writing it, I couldn’t stop until I finished it.

It wasn’t all that easy, though. True, I couldn’t stop myself from writing it. But it wasn’t as smooth as I just made it out to be. There weren’t a whole lot of problems writing it. I didn’t have a few of them. Once again, I knew what I wanted to write. Just had some trouble writing it. Nothing that I couldn’t handle. It just took me longer to do it than I thought that it would.

It’s true, I haven’t created it or entered this contest yet. But I have done a Grammarly check of it. And I am ready to create and post it. The reason why I haven’t done either of these things yet is that I only got it finished about an hour ago. With this deadline for today so near, I decided to do this first. Then I will enter this contest too. I will also enter the monthly one aka the monthly WDC Short Story contest.

Now that I have finished writing it, what am I going to do? There is nothing to do once I enter these contests. of course, the first is this Saturday. And I don’t have to worry about the WDC Short Story contest for next month because I already know what it is. I can start working on it right away. At least I can if I decide to enter it. Still not sure if I will or not.

Probably will write the WDC Short Story for next month. Even though it’s not actually a Short Story. Unless I want to make it one. I still don’t know about my second Short Story. would like to see it by the end of this weekend. But I will probably be lucky if I get it by the end of next weekend.

Of course, I still have my scriptwriting to fall back on. I will probably be working on that for the next few days after work. At least I will if I feel like it. Don’t usually feel like it when it comes to my short stories. But I often do with my scriptwriting. Then again, maybe I don’t. Most of the time I don’t do any writing once I come home from work. I want to do it. But for one reason or another, I don’t.
