A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
One Twenty-Five That’s right. I did another one hundred and twenty-five single sentences for my third episode for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. The only difference is that this is the third episode and not the movie, the first, or the second one. And the biggest shocker isn’t that I did that many. But that I did it on a Wednesday. And that I could have gotten another twenty-five to thirty-five more written if not for it being a Wednesday. Don’t ask me how I did it because I don’t know. All that I know is that once I started writing them, I couldn’t stop. The only thing that did stop me was work. And that did stop me a lot. It was very busy yesterday at work. Not as busy as it was the last couple of months of last year. But it was probably a close second. That’s how busy it was. Despite that, I got one hundred and twenty-five single sentences written for this project. If I can keep this number of single sentences up for the next two days, then I will probably start writing my single paragraphs on Saturday instead of Sunday. Then again, maybe I won’t. I may do the single sentences for my Story Outlines before I start writing my paragraphs. If I do that, it shouldn’t take me too long to write them. After all, there are only fifty-four per episode and one hundred and eight for the movie for a total of three hundred and twenty-four. I probably won’t be able to do that many over the weekend. But I may be able to do about half of them. Give or take a little bit. If I can do that, I may be able to finish them next Wednesday or Thursday. Then I can start working on my paragraphs a week later than this week. I still haven’t decided if I’m going to do them first or if I will do the Scene Outline paragraphs first. Probably will do them first, though. But I haven’t decided on it yet. It will only take a few days to write them. And I still need to do them. Not because I need to do it. But because it helps me to write the paragraphs. Of course, once I start writing the paragraphs then my Story Outline single sentences may change too. That’s why I will be doing the Scene Outline paragraphs first. If I need to change the Story Outline paragraphs, they will be a lot easier to do with single sentences first.
