turn the spoon
in slow eights
to get even

heat throughout
the mix
so nothing sticks

to the sides
be firm yes
be gentle

blue flame
synthetic
sows a slow

warmth
in the belly
of the pot

you stir
its shoots
through the spoon

& then to you



with a very cheap webcam
