The Constant
I have a story to tell
of when I fell
and love picked me up.
Did it stop me? No!
I still fell again
and again.
But love is constant,
Love accepts
Love frees
Love supports
Finally
I picked myself up
and I stood straight
accepted
strengthened
supported
and love was still there
waiting.
