Problems Keep Stopping Me from Writing

Finally, I got my second Short Story for this month created and posted to this Challenge Contest. But for a few hours, I didn’t think that I would be able to get it created or posted by the end of this month. That’s because this is a Science Faction Short Story. And the only way that I could have created it and posted it was on my Secondary Account which is for short stories that aren’t Science Faction.

When I tried to create it yesterday, I found out that I couldn’t. Only my Secondary Account came up on my Create Item Page. So, I tried my Secondary Account to see if I could reverse it. But I couldn’t. That Create Item Page came up as normal. This has happened to me once before. So, I did what I did last time. I sent a post to Technical Support for help.

Couldn’t respond to the answer to that post until today. As soon as I read it, I remembered how to solve this problem again. Once I solved it, I didn’t have any problems with creating it or posting it. True, with a week away I could have posted a Please Review announcement. But I didn’t want to take any chances. That’s why I went ahead and posted it now.

Another problem I had in not getting too much writing done today is my usual one for my first day off from work. Now I have three days off when my brother and I can get things done that need to be done. We didn’t have a whole lot that needed to get done today. But between that and my problems with posting, I haven’t been able to get too much writing done on my second scriptwriting project yet.

I could have continued with my Water Wars scriptwriting project. But I am so close to finishing the Scene Outlines for this project that I decided to do some catching up on my second scriptwriting project, The Final Ritual. After all, I haven’t even started doing the paragraph Story Outline or the Scene Outline for it yet. Once I get my single sentences written, I will start on the paragraphs.

Don’t get me wrong. I have gotten some writing done on this project. Just not as much as I would have liked it to be. I know that I don’t have any deadlines when it comes to my scriptwriting projects as I do with my short stories. But I still want to get as much of them as I can write each day. So, I do have goals that I try to accomplish every day. And today I didn’t live up to those goals.
