Let's see, I've done a couple of acrostics, and a few poems, and a couple of videos...LOL

Let's look at the definition of Happiness -

Happiness, in psychology, a state of emotional well-being that a person experiences either in a narrow
sense, when good things happen in a specific moment, or more broadly, as a positive evaluation of one's life and accomplishments overall—
that is, subjective well-being.


People rank attaining happiness as being more important than acquiring money, maintaining good health, and
even going to heaven. Psychologists believe that they can help people achieve this goal of being happy by studying the
factors that are associated with happiness.

That being said, What is happiness according to Jesus?

While the world will teach us that happiness is found “within,” Jesus tells us plainly that happiness is found
in serving others. We may not always have fuzzy feelings when serving others, but authentic happiness is not found in passing feelings.
True happiness leaves us with a peace that endures through every trial.

I'm guessing that the answer is there: Being obedient and serving others will bring happiness.
It's not meant to be focused on ourselves, but others. This is the example of Christ.
