365 Days of Blessing _ March 31, 2023

Dear God,

You are kind to teach us about the inner workings of my heart and the hearts of mankind. Look: Where does it appear that the good and evil fruit is produced – first the heart and then the voice. Heart thoughts, meditations, formulations, plans, schemes, and imaginings and then the mouth seals the production of what one expects. In the heart of those who are righteous through Christ Jesus, there is one fruit – the (9)Fruit of the Spirit – Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. (Galatians 5:22) “...against such things there is no law. Galatians 5:24 “Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.” You listen to our words, You discern our imaginings and our thoughts. You know our fruit, righteous or evil, with the first glimmer of an idea in our hearts. Lord You know it all, You have created it all. We are in Your hands of love.

Luke 6:43-45

For no good tree bears bad fruit, nor again does a bad tree bear good fruit,
for each tree is known by its own fruit. For figs are not gathered from thorn-bushes, nor are grapes picked from a bramble bush.

The good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.

I ask Holy Father that Your mercy would continue to hold back judgment until all have been redeemed from the evil that establishes corrupt fruit. Have mercy on every soul that wakes to the new day - today and always. Thank You Lord. Amen.
