Week 9 "No Way Out"

You cannot get out of this life alive;
There are no U-hauls on the back of hearses.
What you do, you must do now,
While you still have time.

Time is not a commodity that is freely given,
No one knows when their "hour is up".
We must be sure of our decisions,
While we trod this ball of dirt.

It seems gloomy to say there is no way out,
But all is not lost, if one believes;
We will have an eternity to spend
With the One who is the Author of Life.

Then at the appointed time, which comes to all,
We shall shed this, our mortal coil.
Taking the hand of our loving Savior,
To enter into Paradise.
