No way out

No way out weekly contest

There seems to be
No way out.

From the utter chaos
The total dysfunctional
Of the government.

As we lurch
From one crisis
To another.

Politicians playing games
Letting the world burn up
Shutting down the government.

While the former guy
Demands that the government
Shut down all its investigations
Into his misconduct.

Calling for violence
His supporters talking
About launching Civil War 2.0

Yes, there is no way out
It seems from these dystopian
End-of-the-world blues.
