This is a collection of poems told from fictional view points. They are not about me.

The Girl In The Looking Glass
Lank hair, vacant eyes,
indigo shadows
nestling within the crows feet.

I don't recognise the girl
in the looking glass.

Dreams and wishes
flushed away,
a faint gurgle all that remains.

A rusty pile of junk
all that's left of my knight,
the steed put to pasture.

Way past cracks in the facade,
the mask tossed in a cupboard.

One more drink,
the children won't notice.
Pawns,
in an endless game.

And the girl
in the looking glass
judges me.
