When I had to go to meetings for work , I thought of things I needed to do at home. I think about what will happen on my shows. I think about my health issues. I will think about things I want to write about. I think about things from my past, good or bad. I think of things I want to do when my knee is completely healed. Thoughts tiring me out. Only my bad, stressful ones. Good happy thoughts keep me focused. Boring conversations tire me out and I think about things I love. Happy thoughts remind us were alive and worthy.
